Emily's Postmodern Transformation
Remember Emily? She was tired of yo-yo dieting and being unhealthy. So, as an artist, she crafted her own health renaissance:
Great job Emily! Now, lots of people have changed their lives on Dr. Fuhrman’s program. So be sure to check out all the success stories.

This is amazing! She appears 20 years younger. I've ordered the book and can't wait to get started. I think I'll take some before shots like Emily did. Thank you for sharing.
This is a startling transformation. Not only does
she look much healthier, she also looks much happier. Congratulations, Emily! You're an inspiration to all
of us.
Hi Gerry
Her last photo looks like it was taken at university or something like that, years prior.
Incredible transformation.

Dear All,
I have been friends with the family for many years and I can testify to Emily's faithfullness. Congratulations Emily!!!
Hi Emily, I am wanting guidance on getting through the deep rooted bad habits so I can have success in my transformation. Do I just need to "force" the good food in for a couple of days and it will help change the physiology and make it easier to stick to or is it all mental? Any guidance would be great.
Thanks,
Leslie
Hi Leslie,
You need to commit to eating the greens at the beginning before your tastebuds ever change to "liking" them. (and believe me, eventually you will!!!)
Get the phytochemicals and micronutrients in you. Your body is most likely severely malnourished if you have deep rooted "bad habits", so all the more you need to eat excellent nourishment.
As you nourish your body, the cravings for bad stuff will subside, and then eventually go away.
Re-read the chapters in Eat for Health on toxic hunger and cravings vs true hunger. You MUST get through the addictive cravings if you want to get free and get your health back!
Cheering for you!
Go girl! You CAN do it!
Absolutely stunning transformation! You don't even look like the other person. You are an inspiration.
Emily,
On your website you don't say much about whether exercise was a big part of your weight-loss (other than the pictures of you running at the end). Did you incorporate exercise from the beginning or was all of your weight-loss and getting healty due to changing your eating habits?
