Can't wait to try this next week

I have just finished Disease Proof your child and loved it. I am working on your recipes daily. Thanks for the recipes in your book.

My question: I have looked for unsulphured dried apricots all over and am unable to find them. I guess I will order them online. Why are the others, the ones that are on every grocery shelf, not recommended?

Hey April, sulphure dioxide is bad for health that's why you must get unsulphured dried fruit. Cheers.
