Makes you wonder, how big of a death wish must a person have to concoct that monstrosity. I can actually feel my chest tightening!

Perhaps I'm too optimistic, but this looks kinda designed to push people's buttons, I doubt many of these will be prepared. Similarly, one CAN get deep fried Mars Bars here and there, but this was originally just a self deprecating parody of a less than perfect diet.
