Ugh! I hate lists like that. What could they possibly have left OFF the list? Doughnuts?! What a way to make parents feel like they are feeding their kids healthy food when it's just pure junk. Poor kids!
Gerry, That is one amazing article. I think it is a good indicator of "mainstream" thought. Artificial sweeteners-OK , graham crackers a good source of whole grains , anything sweet ,melted cheese on french bread. Mostly I am just embarrassed for the medical community that would post such a goofy article. There should be outrage to webMD for writing this. Credentialed RD's and MD's just amazing. Pete
