I'm really really glad I don't eat this stuff!
And I'm looking forward to the next edition of CPFL. The first edition did me a tremendous amount of good.
I'm just getting into the book Eat to Live, and I'm wondering what the doctor's thoughts are regarding yogurt and keifer. Do the health benefits from the bacteria counteract anything negative from the cow's milk?
