Holiday fun

Have a holly, jolly season

It’s the best time of the year

Grab yourself some Metformin

And give yourself some cheer

Have a holly jolly season

And when you eat up all the fudge

Say hello to plus size clothes

To cover all the pudge

Have a holly jolly season

And in case you didn’t hear

Oh by golly have a holly jolly

Binge-fest this year!

Winter Wonderland

Sleigh bells ring, are you listening,
On the table, treats are glistening
A beautiful sight, we're happy tonight
Bingeing in a winter wonderland.

Later on, we'll perspire, as we sweat by the fire
To face unafraid, the mistakes that we've made
Bingeing in a winter wonderland.

When it snows, ain't it thrillin’,
Though your nose gets a chillin’
We'll frolic and play, the Eskimo way
Bingeing in a winter wonderland.

WOW! Emily, you look GORGEOUS!!!!! WHOA!

Phyto B. Healthy - December 13, 2011 8:05 AM

You do look GREAT, Emily! I had to look up Metformin. Eeeuuuuuuw. and sad. Having recently experienced some (not so) random feelings of Ease and comfort, and having seen my weight loss now at 26 pounds, I feel truly gifted this season!
LOVE my boss for keeping a good blender on the counter where I get my lunch. If I'm feeling rushed in the morning, I just load a grocery bag with veggies for a few days of great lunch smoothies. Somehow, it seems to go quicker when I'm awake!

Merry Christmas and Happy Hannukah to fellow devotees! BEST. GIFT. EVER.

Hey All: Inspired by Emily:

White Christmas

"I’m dreaming of an unhealthy Christmas
Just like the ones I used to know
Where the food is dripping, and finger licking…..
With butter, sugar, fat and cholesterol

I’m dreaming of a healthy Christmas
With all the nutritious foods I bite
And my days will be hearty and hale…..
As I make my soups with mushrooms, beans, and kale

I’m dreaming of a healthy Christmas
Just like the ones I’ll choose to have
As I eat less garbage and strive…….
To continue to Eat to Live for life"
