We all know Jennifer over at Vegan Lunchbox can pack a serious lunchbox, but did you know she moonlights as an investigative reporter? It's true, recently she interviewed Dr. Fuhrman--this is one multitalented Shmoo!

Jennifer wanted to know how well vegans measure up in the pursuit of nutritional excellence and how to help kids eat healthfully. Check out what Dr. Fuhrman had to say: An Interview with Dr. Joel Fuhrman

I am confused at how Dr. Fuhrman presents himself on vegan sites but he also says it is OK to eat meat?
The vegan sites present him as a vegan... vegan conferences, etc. It doesn't make sense to me.

Greg-

Dr. Fuhrman's Eat to Live diet-style has two versions, one that involves eating no animal products, and another version that includes a small amount of animal products accommodating both vegan and non-vegetarian food preferences.
