On any given day you'll find hundreds of health-related news stories circulating throughout the web. Here are a few Associated Press stories that caught my eye:

Regarding the green tea: Personally, the FDA doesn't have a great record; so I'm not inclined to go by any such finding from them.
I would not be as healthy as I am if I listened to the FDA!

Regarding McDonald's -- whew, are they getting desperate. That's about all the good news I glean from that. They don't care about moms, kids, or families. I hope McDonald's goes out of business SOON!

I don't see the white whole wheat thing as good either. It just encourages people to continue eating bread, when they should be reducing the amount they eat, if not exclude it from their diets.
I used to use it sometimes and it does work nicer in some recipes (nothing good for you, though!); but I always like whole wheat FOR its earthiness in certain recipes and in sandwich bread...when I ate that stuff :)
I'm glad I'm E2L'ing and off the bread bandwagon!

Yes, my Brit coworker was pushing the healthy Brit articles in my face all last week...then she launched into US reaction to increasing gas prices and said ..."why do you Americans think you are entitled to cheap petrol"... I told her give us a break!! we NEED cheap gasoline, we are too fat and unhealthy to walk very far!!"
