Gimme Some Collards

I really dig collard greens. On top of all the other leafy greens I eat, I probably munch on collards at least a couple times a month—I love them with white beans. FatFree Vegan Kitchen is working on a mighty tasty recipe, collards with onions and red pepper flakes:
Quick and Delicious Collards
1-2 bunches collard greens (as much as your pressure cooker will hold)
1 large onion, peeled and cut into thin rings
2 tablespoons water
2-3 cloves garlic, minced
generous pinch of red pepper flakes
1 cup water
