Hi Gerry,
I have been an ETLer for 2 years now. I owe a lot to Dr. Fuhrman. I like reading your blog, and I want to ask that you please not be fooled by the vogue "green" hype.
Environmentalism, a philosophic view which deifies Nature but degrades Man, is not backed up by facts and logic, so it may be best to keep the ETL message confined to food and exercise and not to broader philosophic questions.
I can see why one would wish to extend the "natural-foods" concept into a wider context, but remember that we would not know about the efficacy of nutrient density without scientific methods.
Thanks,
Dare.
