Working the Core...

Sit ups and crunches aren’t the only way you can exercise your core. This dude shows off some cool moves. Take a look:

Well, aside from the nauseating music. They look good, very Yoga-like too.

I liked the second exercise, crunches and curls work the abs hard, but the body is always in a jack knife position. This move is more like leg raises (torso is not bent), but probably easier on the back. Thanks.

Those bridges look more like plank pose on forearms with variations.
