Live webcast by Dr. Fuhrman

This week is Dr. Fuhrman’s annual Health Getaway, which this year is taking place in San Diego, California. Please join us for a sneak peek into the event on Tuesday, July 13th, when Dr. Fuhrman gives a lecture on food addictions and weight loss. For the first time at a Dr. Fuhrman event, we will be streaming LIVE over the internet.

According to Dr. Fuhrman, toxic hunger is an extremely important nutritional concept to understand when adopting a health-promoting, high nutrient diet.   In this webcast, Dr. Fuhrman will discuss the difference between true hunger and toxic hunger, the addictive properties of unhealthy foods, the societal and emotional aspects that cause resistance to dietary changes, and the mindset required to overcome this resistance, lose weight, and keep it off.

I was waching the live video today adn I was chatting online and giving my opinion and bam, I was banned off by the moderator and some ppl were really mean to me. I was so turned off as I have been giving sound advice and I disagreed with a few things that Dr F. said. Sheesh. I wanted to share in mine and my husband;s experience and help people and this is the treatment I recieved. Wow! Dr. Fuhrman happens to be a good friend and I am appauled that I was treated in such a bad way. I believe true health is an embodiment of many things not just diet. I think toxic behavior is part of being unhealthy and rude.

Thanks Deana. That's what I was hoping for - to be able to watch later.

It was a great lecture. I thought I knew a lot about this, but I learned something new!

You were banned from the chat because of name calling.

I was unable to get a chance to listen to the free webcast live. Then I received an email for a rebroadcast. Again not able to get a chance to listen. No the event is over. Will there be another chance to listen or does it exist somewhere on the net that I might not be aware of?
