On Manager's Special 5.11.09

A bunch of yellow squash and zucchinis $1.00.

 

Some McIntosh Apples only $1.07.

 

A few cucumbers $1.00.

 

And this week's grand total is just $3.07. Pretty happy about the apples, I've been eating a lot lately.

Hi Gerry,

Being a frugal vegan shopper I particularly like your manager's specials' segment. I'm also happy with myself as yesterday I picked up a box of sugar bananas for 3 dollars. These bananas last longer than Cavendish bananas so they will store well. There are about 8 kg or so of bananas that about 18 pounds!
