My opinion: I'd be much more likely to follow this if it were a more personal-level "Gerry Pugliese's Twitter" rather than a twitter-ified (in other words, truncated without added value) mirror of the RSS feed, which I already follow. :)

Although, its not really MY Twitter. Its a DiseaseProof Twitter, I'm just the dumb-dumb who runs the blog. ;)

What's the point? Twitter sounds like too much time on people's hands or the ultimate not being in the now.
