Behold, Banana!

Good news! Operation Banana Hunt scored another banana. After sifting through a pile of organic bananas, I found farm number 992. I hurried home and put it through the Dole Organic Program. Here’s what came up:

  • Country: Perú
  • Farm Units: Small Farmers members of the Association (APOQ)
  • Location: Querecotillo, Sullana, Piura, Perú
  • Crop: Organic Bananas
  • Organic Certified since: 2006

We’ve found A LOT of bananas, but we’re not done yet! Keep looking for those Dole organic bananas. Run them through the Dole Organic Program and tell me all about it. Just send an email to diseaseproof@gmail.com. Go bananas, go bananas!
